We always look forward to eating at Earls Tin Palace, however it seemed like the kitchen wasn't up to snuff Thursday night. The burger, fettuccine and steak (3 guests) were just mediocre. The burger was tasteless, the fettuccine was dried out and the steak was overcooked (ordered medium rare). Just an off night for Earls I think. PS My husband wanted me to mention the margaritas...which were really good, but a very small drink because the glass had 90% ice.
I routinely visit this Earls for the food and vibe. This time around, it was a let down. I ordered the burger, a personal favorite. It arrived cold, burnt and significantly smaller in stature than what is normally served. Fries were cold also. Two other meals at our table were entirely incorrect as well. If it weren't for the fact that it took a long time to get our meals, we would have given our server an opportunity to correct things; however, we were on a time crunch and...
Our server Clara was phenomenal and very attentive. Kept the refills coming, our water glasses full and checked in on us regularly. We always enjoy brunch at earls. It's laid back and always tasty.
