Kitchen bungled the order and was happy to remake it until the supervisor walked out and puffed his chest to tell me it wouldn’t be remade. Next time I’ll just get the supervisor to order for me because i never get what i ordered from this location anyway.

Served me the wrong meal on a to go order, proceeded to refuse to re-make the 5 Goyza that accompanied the order and had gotten cold. How can a business serve the wrong food, and then refuse to remake an already paid for item that has been ruined by your mistake?? Spoke to the supervisor and he was unbelievably unhelpful. It is your kitchen that made that error. Didn’t ask for refund or anything like that, simply just wanted the fresh food. Claimed it was “he didn’t mess up the Goyza, so he doesn’t have to remake it”. I have been here countless times, I will purposely make a point to go to any other location. Whoever owns this place, talk to your supervisor about standing behind your work and correcting your mistakes.

Meat portion in teriyaki chicken and beef rice bowl is ridiculously little. $13 plus tip and you get like less meat then a mcdonalds kids cheeseburger next door

We had a large order for a company event. The owner and the staff were outstanding to deal with. Everything went off without a hitch and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this location. We can wait for the next event!

Don't eat at at edo Japan on 130th Ave SE.

They don't have buttons to remove items from any dish, but no button in the POS system to select a substitute. I ordered a meal and a kids' meal for $30, but couldn't find any chicken in the dish called Teriyaki Chicken.

If you still want to eat here, get your chicken on the side, so they're forced to give you a few pieces of chicken for $15."

Horrible customer service, whoever the female supervisor was, sorry had to give. Please explain the staff to be kind and prioritize customer service. Food is secondary.
