I always go to this branch of Edo as it's near our work. The girls that worked in front were very friendly and nice. But last Wednesday, March 5, 2025, I was talking to the girls that work in front just saying how are you? And all of a sudden there is a guy from the kitchen came out and joined the conversation and was rude to me. Whoever that guy from the kitchen should be terminated!

Just got back to the house with our take out order. I requested a chop chop chicken bowl with shrimp. Got home and found ice cold noodles, I don't mean that the meal cooled off during the 10 minute drive home, I mean cold to the touch, had to nuke the dish for 1:30 😓. Then I find that there is no chicken in the dish 🤬. I'm not inferring that there was a language barrier but, but, but, but!!!! Does the customer have to learn the server's language to make sure the order is taken correctly? Does the customer have to dig everything out of the bag at the shop and open this dishes to ensure that the order is correct? What the hell happened to the phrase "customer service", this is absolute crap!

I went into Edo and made 2 orders of double beef with just vegetables to go. It was the usual $35. When I got home, and opened my dinner, it was definitely not what I paid for. It was minimal veggies and a regular order of beef. Not happy that I paid $35 for that. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

Staff at this restaurant are MISERABLE and have some of the WORST customer service skills I've experienced. Also served ROTTEN vegetables last week in their takeout. They denied this when confronted. They don't listen to requests and come across as argumentative when asked anything. Terrible experiences here multiple times. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Terrible staff/owners/managers.

To my beloved Edo, your Ramen is terrible. It is the worst I've ever had. Mr Noodles from a grocery rains superior and they are a bad brand. Broth was thick almost like they added corn starch to it, taste like cheap egg noodles, I had to add teriyaki sauce to the dish to give it some flavor, seriously? Not sure you should categorize this is Japanese ramen. DO NOT waste your money on the ramen. Having said that, your Sukiyaki and Teriyaki is still pretty darn good, 2 scoops please!

I was not thrilled by my recent trip to Edo. The sushi, while tasting okay, was falling apart and very uneven. Chopsticks were not available, and for the price, much better sushi can be had in the area. Likewise the service, and the cleanliness was unremarkable

Service is 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service is even better than what you get at a sit-down restaurant these days. Hoping for a lot of success for the management and crew - absolutely stellar customer service and food. Much better than other Edos in the city!

hey wasn’t fully cooked/ warmed up. broccoli tasted not washed. both employees were on there cell phones while ordering all in all rude, not good have had a lot better Edo experiences
