Amazing food and service! I haven’t had soup for a long time. The food and soup here are soothing. (I took these photos after having half of the food)

Such a nice place and people, we've been coming for a few years and are never disappointed. Dishes are fresh and delicate, with lots of variety.

Ginger beef was over cooked, gave the wrong noodles, they were barely listening over the phone. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because rice was good, it would have been impressive if they missed that up tho.

Whenever you think you found your favourite chinese restaurants and both gets temporarily closed you go for a hunt to find somewhere thats as good or even better. I am glad it led us here. We finally decided to try it (we always pass by as its on a main road) and we couldn’t have been happier. Food was so good and authentic to Chinese cuisine - its not the sweetened version alot of places have. None of the food was oily either which is another win. We can’t wait to try other dishes - this is a hidden gem! ☺️

$36 for gingerbeef and 5 dumplings.... Gingerbeef had no trace of heat, spice or ginger but, rather, was served in a sweet 'n sour sauce! Dumplings were fried rock hard and the filling was inedible. I rarely ever stray from my favorite, tried and true Asian restaurant in Parkdale NW, but moved into Capitol Hill area so thought I'd try Emerald Garden....big mistake. Huge!

Went for a family dinner and the food was good, good portion size but great value for price. Service was excellent too with 2 ladies on top of everything. Parking can be a hassle but nothing they can do about it.

I ordered pork tenderloin in garlic sauce using Skip the Dish. It was lightening fast. The sauce was way too salty for my taste. Tiny pork strips, not even slices. Lots of veggies like red peppers, onions, mushroom etc. Next time I'll ask for less salt!

One of the best places for westernized Chinese food dishes and great for takeout. I would put it on par with Cherry Inn. Always fresh and prepared well. Highly recommend. Can easily order online and also get a free dish of choose with minimum spend.

Parking to go to this restaurant is hell-ish. Food is okay. Disappointed in the Crab rice which was $75, it had 1 crab over rice, which was more like hainanese rice than crab flavor. The pork belly wasn't as good either, tasted like Vietnamese "thit kho". The best dish was the snow pea tips in garlic sauce. My other friends liked the soy sauce chicken, however it was just meh for me. This restaurant is super pack.
