I've gotten grilled cheese a few times before today and they've always been ok, but today was awful. I ordered the green machine, and it came with only cheddar cheese and pesto. I asked for no tomato, but it was missing the havarti and the avocado without any warning. I went back up to ask, but the woman working just started blankly at me and said she wasn't going to argue. I had to ask for my money back. When I had initially tried to pay with cash, I wad told not to because they didn't have any change, but she magically seemed to find some to give me my money back. I am so disappointed and will not go back. $10 for two slices of cheddar and a bit of pesto is insane.

I love the Crossroads Market and found this little gem after a friend of mine recommended the amazing sandwiches. As a vegetarian they had two options The Zen and the Gree machine, I tired the Green Machine and was loving every savoury bite!! If you haven't checked them out yet... You have to! Super friendly staff and great food.

The kings of the bubble waffles! I had the Richy Rich and my son had the Millions of Peaches. Highly recommended!

Tried the Berta' Grilled Cheese melt and my son had a Oh Canada bubble waffle. I would say hands down the best grilled in I've tried in Calgary. My son said the Bubble Waffle was "awesome" and enormous. They have a food truck in Airdrie and a location at Crossroads Market.

4 for service, 4 for the simple yet good food variety but overall food was ok at a 3-3.5. This spot originally stemmed from a food truck business which expanded into a stall in the farmers market. Rating is based on the grilled cheese, which as comforting as it was, it wasn't necessarily as melty as it can be through the press - the cheddar. Fillings are slightly lighter/simple for my selected "Yo Momma's (cheddar, Swiss, tomato and bacon). The pricing is good though for what it represents ranging from $8-11. If you're looking for a quick homestyled grilled cheese (nothing too fancy) yet with a little bit of something different, this would be a hits the spot place. The side sauce it comes with was the biggest appeal and works really well. The chips is also potato chips as a side. Their bubble waffle looks interesting with more of a western twist to the traditional Chinese ones.
