We ordered takeout from Falafel King during our vacation, and it was by far the best food we had during the trip. The order consisted of: [1] donair poutine, [2] donair wrap, [3] falafel wrap, and [4] beef shawarma platter. Nice long narrow cozy place in the busy St Avenue pedestrian only. Clean washroom in the basement. Around closing time after 6 pm, I got to eat, they got to sell, got a veg falafel wrap. A big portion than usual I had tried, came with a sweet, but falafels were dry ( no moisture), hummus wasn't that great, felt the whole wrap a bit dry to eat. May be it is closing time, I don't know, but gave me stomach knots and couldn't sleep overnight after, struggle!
