“We eat out a fair bit, but this was the best night out I have had in years! Have not been here before, but definitely coming back often. Came here with my wife and one of our friends later on Saturday afternoon for happy hour and got seated at the bar, overlooking the kitchen. The happy hour drinks were very good, and the food was fantastic. We ended up staying for dinner, and every dish was beautifully prepared, tasty and original - not just a variation on something you would get at a restaurant down the street. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our waiter provided excellent service. He always knew the right time to check up on us and see if we needed more drinks or food. Nice guy too. I originally was a little disappointed to get seated at the bar instead of a table - now I would not want to sit anywhere else. Loved to watch the skills and teamwork of the kitchen staff, who were very friendly and chatted with us when they had time. Loved everything about this place.“

She made everything so smooth leading up to the big day. On the day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond. Even with another event happening in one of the other private rooms, the quality of service and food remained outstanding — a true testament to how well this venue is run. Bow Valley Ranche is made to host unforgettable events! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was. The beetroot salad and eggs benny were major crowd-pleasers, and they were happy to accommodate our kids with the kids' menu, no fuss at all. A special thank-you to Jensen, who made sure this Bride felt completely cared for all day long. His attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference. Not many young people work that hard! “We had our wedding at Rouge and I can’t express how perfect our day was! The coordinator Rey was absolutely amazing from the very first day I met her up to the day itself. She took the time to answer all my questions (very quickly) and on the day of, she guided us through the process and made us feel so comfortable with everything. The food was amazing, the fresh vegetables and the meat and all the appetizers were to die for! The set up and take down was smooth and they worked with our guests and vendors to make sure everyone had what they needed. Thank you so much to Rey and the entire staff for making my day so special! 🤍“
