Everything was great until I applied for a job and then they said yes. The manager was friendly but when we got to the checks part I told him that I wasn't a canadian resident. He told me that they couldn't hire me. They give fake smiles and greetings.

Our server was friendly and professional. My husband and I got some items and shared everything. The fish tacos were phenomenal, mini Yorkies were cold in the middle and the Jameson chicken bites were mostly breading hardly any chicken.

The food is average with limited gluten free options so I had nachos the other day when I was there. They have no local ciders on tap and had no cider when I was there. The service has been subpar on the rare occasion that I’ve been there. They need someone to come in and revamp the whole place.

I ordered nachos without jalapeño. It came out with jalapeño on it. I told the guy that I didn't want it when u ordered it. They were burned on the outside of the plate. Not impressed. Won't be going back.

Our second time at Fionm MacCool's and it did not disappoint. The wings were good, the cauliflower wings were absolutely scrumptious once again, and the dog menu was the kicker. Cassi and her new little friend who joined us loved the Salmon, having a dog menu will definitely bring us back, as will the exceptional service from Greg. It's clear that he loves what he does and the doggos just love him. Thanks for the wonderful service Greg.

Food was okay, like the double chicken burger I got was great! was reccomended to try the ceasar with it, now i know about croutons and they taste good— mine tasted stale and expired and when I went to give feedback on it i was it with “well croutons are stale” you ever see the episode of hell’s kitchen amy’s baking company? the two guys when I went from 8:30-930 were just like Amy and Her husband. Constantly deflecting on any criticism and not taking into account. Save yourself the poor customer service and go to Local instead or anywhere along stephen avenue. You’d get treated better,Ultimately the service ruined the atmosphere and not being offered an alt for my croutons ruined the entire salad after that. 2 stars is generous
