Went with friends for breakfast. Dined early but many seats filled. Had the pork chubbies and eggs. Eggs were soft poached, chubbies hot and juicy. Chose the chunky hashbrown, which were hot and soft. Sourdough toast with a side of cheese whiz, which I hadn't had in ages!! Plus good ole orange juice.Staff were friendly and were greeted right away.
Just passing through Calgary..stopped at the Phil's on 11 Ave Sw.We were pleased with the Food, and the service from Cathleen was excellent!P.sThe rest room was Clean!!?...That would have been a deal Breaker if it wasn't!!I would visit again!

Had the gluten free waffle and bacon and both were great. The waffle was an especially nice treat and was crunchy and soft and flavourful. I forgot to ask if the buckwheat pancakes were gluten-free but they looked good, maybe I'll try them next time.Dietary restrictions: Gluten waffles good
