“Why did you change your beef chubbies?! They're now thin and tough, can hardly call them chubby. I come here every second Sunday with dad for years and always have the beef chubbies and eggs....so we were disappointed today when our food came.“

“Wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! I rarely eat out because, with Celiacs, I usually can only find a few things I can eat and have to pay extra for GF substitutes, or I need to eat at some pretentious hippy place that only serves quinoa and avocados (no offense to those who enjoy such things). It is so nice to be able to go to a classic diner with gluten free everything with no extra charges! Even the waffles and perogies are gluten free and oh-so-good! There was only one item on the menu that I could eat! If you know the Celiac struggle, you know why this place made me so happy.“

“We had brunch yesterday at Brekkie for the first time. The the ambiance was lovely…the plants really add to the flavour of the restaurant. The dishes were not your typical fare…the tastes were amazing. We will definitely be back again!“

“Please be considerate and turn up the heat to allow guests to be more comfortable and not have to dine in our jackets. Most of the guest were in their jackets. Asked for heat to be turned up and no real change at all. I’m sure it didn’t get adjusted.“

“Me and the wife used to come here all the time for breakfast and brunch. Since we moved far away down south, we haven’t been coming this way much, but we often remember of how good the food is here. The servers are very nice and friendly too!“

“Sun is shining today in Calgary, enjoying a day off with a late breakfast at Sunset Grill. Just the ladies enjoying a fresh, well prepared, delicious meal. Benny's, French Toast, Soft Eggs & herb spiced patotes. This is brunch without the big ticket and our waitress was really great, I forgot to get her name. Blonde bombshell, I mean that in the best way. Thank you Irene & Connie.“

“A very nice, no frills venue for a Canadian breakfast. The food was delicious, quick and the menu has a variety of dishes without being overwhelmed. They have vegetarian, vegan and healthy choices as well. The service is efficient, food is timely and the prices are very fair. What a great discovery going to this place during my layover in Calgary.“

“I have had an amazing experience at Monki Breakfast Club & Bistro in Inglewood today ☺️The interior is modern and cozy, making it a perfect spot to relax. Despite its simple exterior, the ambiance is inviting, and the friendly staff really make you feel welcome.
I tried the special offer breakfast with asparagus, spinach, poached eggs, and bacon, and it was delicious—definitely one of the healthiest breakfast options in Calgary. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a great meal ✨“
