Sate soup was ok, lemongrass chicken on vermicelli was terrible. Chicken looked old and dry and tasteless . Dumplings that someone else raved about were not that great

Small servings but food tasted good and service was quick. What is sad though is that when we requested for a glass of water, we were denied, and we were paying customers! You need to pay for their selection of sodas which didn't include bottled water.

We threw the food out

This little mom and pop shop Viet restaurant really hit the spot yesterday. Walked around the neighborhood and stumbled upon this store. I ordered their House Viet sub, Homemade dumplings and mango bubble tea. This sandwich was one of the few I’ve had in the city that was GREAT! The homemade dumplings were also delicious, my bubble tea came overflowing out of the cup.

We popped in for some dumplings and fried rice and agree with another reviewer that these are the BEST dumplings! The wrappers are nice and thin with ample filling and the fried rice was flavourful with lots of chicken and veggies. Friendly service. We will return for sure.

This place definitely lives up to the name: Beef Sate Pho was very spicy and flavourful! It’s a hole in the wall, not the prettiest place, but it serves up some honest food. It is slightly more expensive than other viet places I have been too. Would return to try other dishes!

Well Done! Not the best Vietnamese sub I’ve had… but I cannot diss it and it definitely deserves credit . … amazing flavours. Their take is a little different than the traditional but I really enjoyed it.Perfect arranged veggies ….as I prefer thinner angle cut top cucumbers and the carrot ratio is spot on (just enough to enjoy it ?) …. Best part is the cilantro portion ……it is top notch and plentiful , I would normally have to ask for extra at many of my other trials after a taste of what is the “norm”.. I tried this place and ordered it straight up with no instructions….” satay” chefs special beef and chicken mix ….they met the mark for sure … can never have enough Cilantro so will ask for extra next time for sure…cause I can never have enough of that!. However …. The bun could be more dry… or flakey … It was slightly dowey, but was toasted well and obviously fresh … well done overall .
Also, they have amazing Hot and Sour soup (veggie style). They have frozen portions which is perfect ?. They also have candied roasted walnuts but not during summer ?(only late fall and winter due to ambient temps and humidity…. They are amazing and ridiculously additive. 7 out of 5 stars overall…. Definitely worth it

Meh. Overpriced and underwhelming in my opinion but worth trying as you may find the flavours to your liking but for my son and I we found it lacking. Portion sizes and ingredient quality do not justify the prices. I do not regret it as we wanted to try somewhere new to us, but cannot see myself visiting again.

Meh… I had high hopes for the satay sub but was disappointed.
The buns were not crusty as you would expect if a Vietnamese sub. The sub was smaller by approximately 1/3 from other places and they are quite stingy with the fillings, definitely more bread than veg.
I wouldn’t order one from this restaurant again.

Had the sate beef sandwich, absolutely amazing. Perfect amount of veg, meat, spice and fresh bread. I just wish they were open a little later.

There is a great vegetarian menu available and the owner was happy to make it vegan for me. I had the vegan pad Thai and my companion had a beef stir-fry. The food was delicious, and the owner was very attentive and accomodating. We both were very impressed with the flavor and ate until our plates were clean. We came in hungry and the good portion sizes left us satisfied. Highly recommend!!
