My family and I have spent past Christmas dinners at this restaurant, and until now it had always delivered an enjoyable and high-quality holiday meal. This year was a complete departure from the standard we once trusted, and it was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Our table placement showed a lack of consideration for guest comfort. We were seated directly beside the entrance, and a coat rack behind us created constant disruptions. Every time someone retrieved a coat, it interrupted our dinner. Only after we asked did we learn the rack was there to compensate for the drafts coming from the door. We then had to request that one of the exterior doors be closed so we would not continue to sit in a freezing draft throughout the evening. Basic guest comfort should not require repeated requests. The dining experience was equally unacceptable. Appetizers took 20 to 30 minutes to arrive and were served in shockingly small portions. The pork belly was the one redeeming item, but the tuna dish, overloaded with grapefruit, felt like an attempt to disguise how little we were actually being given. The main course continued this negative trend. The braised beef was passable, but the turkey was dry and completely lacking in flavor. The soup was mediocre. The dessert selection, once a standout feature with an impressive variety, was bare and uninspired. Even the chocolate fountain lacked the expected strawberries. Previous years included a pasta chef and multiple buffet options, all of which were removed without any effort to replace them with offerings of equal value. The drinks were poorly made and did nothing to enhance the meal. For a dinner priced at $98 per person, it is unacceptable to serve beverages that taste like an afterthought. Overall, this experience was far below what any guest should expect, especially at this price point. It felt as though significant cost-cutting measures were put in place without regard for the guest experience, yet the price remained premium. We left deeply dissatisfied and feeling that we had wasted both time and money. Until the restaurant makes substantial improvements in food quality, service, and overall value, I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for Christmas dining.
Food and service was pretty good

Was really looking forward to trying their AYCE Brunch as photos looks incredible. However, left disappointed as they we're cold and not fresh. It was sadly obvious that they have been left out and plated as ordered as they came quickly to our table. The concept had plenty of room for potential.. for $39 before tips and no coffee/tea included. It was not worth it, we would had rather ordered at least 2 huge main dishes at another brunch place, at least they would be cooked fresh. The service however was friendly, attentive and helpful.
Saskatoon scones was old, as if it was previously frozen and defrosted.
The bone marrow and scramble egg - lacked salt and no flavour. And I was looking forward to this the most
Chicken and waffles - bitting into the chicken felt like it was a few days old, or refried. The sauce was overly sweet
Pork bao - the sauce was too salty, the fried egg in it was old, overly cooked to crisp edges on the egg white
The mac and cheese was cold, no flavor..the bacon peices was okay and tasted best on that plate
The chef smoothie was too sweet and gritty, difficult to drink out of the cup. The cotton candy concept made no sense. I didn't bother eating it
My friend tried the pancakes, croissants as well which she said was okay but nothing special.
The only thing I enjoyed was the ricotta salad, which was fresh and helped get rid of the overly saltiness/sweetness above.

The foods were good! The servings are small, which is perfect for an all-you-can-eat setup because you get to try more of their menu. Kudos to Ailyne! she was super nice, very accommodating, and her service was fast. She always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. All the servers were polite and attentive as well. Highly recommended!

Had a birthday brunch on Saturday, and it was a great experience overall. The food felt like it was mass produced and kept under a lamp. The smoothie bowl was warm and yogurt was also warm. Some things were better than others. The salad was good and the chicken waffle Overall it was a good experience and the price was good.
We did the all you can eat brunch, it’s good to try once, but it felt very short staffed as it was hard to get someone to take your order as it’s not an open buffet, and surprisingly drip coffee wasn’t included in the price tag for what I assume would be a staple brunch item. The food was good, but served luke warm. It’s good value if your kid is under 4 as the price is reasonable, but otherwise I would rather pay full price for warm menu items then random samplings of dishes that don’t seem worth the adult price tag for the brunch.

My friend and I booked the AYCE Brunch. It's a lot of choices but not everything matches our taste buds. My friend likes the Pork Belly Bao but I did not. I like the Bone Marrow canoe with bread and egg and she did not like it. For Bone Marrow, I suggest don't be generous with salt on it. Among the food selection, mac and cheese for me was the best and filling, but my friend did not like it. Coffee and croissant were perfect match. When it comes to service, we waited 10-15 mins before someone attended to us. After that, the food came to our table continuously. I suggest that each server should have their own area to attend to. When they're not busy, that's the time that they can go to other areas to help. Overall, we enjoyed the moment in Flower&Wolf. Every staff was accommodating. Thanks!
We find the bottomless all you can eat on weekday. The food was absolutely amazing. Great choice of food and great service as well. The ambience was cozy and nice. Would definitely recommend
