This was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. I have never been to the Chianti Grill before, and from the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by the hostess and brought to our booth. A long time go-to spot was a bit off their game last night. We had a 7:15 reservation and it was 8:00 before we finally had a waiter take our dinner order. The food was good as usual, but the service was not up to what we have come to expect after many visits to Chianti Grill. Everyone has an off day now and then and this won't discourage us from making future visits.
