I would like to preface this review by saying that I like the food here and the quality for price ratio is decent, however, the service here is horrendous especially when you come for AYCE hot pot.
I've been here on several occasions where the service was bad but my recent encounter was just next level bad.
We ordered on the sheet and literally received none of the items ordered. After 20 minutes, we had to check back in with the waiter and then the order was put in a second time.
On the second turn, they only gave us 3 out of 9 items ordered. On top of that, simple tasks like asking for water refills or extra utensils were completely ignored. We would have to ask different waiters until someone would remember. it wasn't even a busy night!! It's just very bad service. I don't even know what else to say...

I came to this place on November 2,2025. At 7:00pm. I got seats. So I got menu and I ready to order. But I kept waiting 1 hour with no service. I was mad and left. For sure i never come back again. Badly service I never see in Calgary before.

4 of us went for a get together dinner …
We ordered 3 sheets ( all you can eat ) 1st sheet went in ( took about 15mins to get our meat -no chicken, which was ordered)
2nd sheet went in , ordered more chicken and other meat ( no chicken still and over 10mins to get our order )
3rd sheet went in, we asked one of the servers , where is our chicken , coming he said … ok , Thks we said … 3rd sheet order got to us , still no chicken …. I started to be a little impatient, because I CAN’T eat beef ( gout ) We asked AGAIN , for our chicken, coming they said …..
hmmmm , never came Until , we complained to one of server about the issue …. Finally LAST delivery of meet , chicken was in But ONLY one little portion …….
Disappointed, unfortunately , not going back to that place …..

Three of us originally went in, and the woman took us to the wrong side (cafe).. When I brought up the fact that I had called and gotten a table reserved for AYCE hot pot, she got annoyed and brought us back to the door. Upon there, the other server said in an incredibly annoyed voice, "She set the table up nicely for you." Then ushered us to a table. We sat down, and for the next over thirty minutes, we waited for a server to come back at all. We even tried to get the attention of another server (we were sitting right beside where they pour drinks), but not even a glance. There were people who were served who had gotten there a good ten minutes before us. The price isn't even worth the attitude.

Foods were decent, but not better than any other Chinese restaurants, and definitely not justified the price, which was around 5-6$ more expensive for the same dishes at other restaurants.

Great place for good Cantonese food. We didn't have to make reservations/wait for a table so that was a plus. It's not the cheapest or biggest portion but their favors are good and we weren't disappointed with any of the 6 dishes we ordered. Servers can be a bit more available and aware of customers such as needing water, napkins, packing leftovers or paying the bill.
Server were nice, but few not. Food is just okay except one.(noodle) not our family fav taste, then left. Some 小籠包 does not have soup inside.

We recently had our wedding at Yuu Seafood and everyone loved our venue and meal. We dealt with Eric primarily and he was communicative, open to suggestions and ideas. We had a stress free wedding reception thanks to him and his staff. The banquet meal options were delicious and was able to be substituted if discussed in advance. The location was also easy to get to with plenty of parking spots. We will definitely do more events with him in the future. Thanks Eric and team!

Hong Kong style Chinese Restaurant. Ate there 5 times, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very good food, way better than NYC and even Hong Kong :). They don't have enough waiters to provide good service.
