I had Forever Cakes create my wedding cake. Maria was absolutely fantastic! She is so sweet. I sent her a very specific design and she knocked it out of the PARK! Gorgeous cake. It was exactly how I wished it would look. It’s a very specific design and she managed to get it PERFECT. She did such an amazing job on it. Fondant wasn’t too thick, the cake was moist with layers of custard. Lots of comments on our cake! She delivered it to my reception location hassle free. And price was incredibly fair - Especially for droving this cake out to Canmore. THANK YOU so much!

Worst service and terrible customer services

We had 100 cupcakes made for our church Mother’s Day weekend , they were beautifully decorated and they were so delicious and fresh.

She did it again ! Marcia has magic in her, no seriously, I mean it. She can turn anything into a wish come true, every single time, I have interacted with her, she gives her undivided attention and her services are par excellence. Her cakes which I have ordered on numerous occassions have left people asking for more and where did they come from. Each creativity is a masterpiece and it also breaks my heart when I do need to cut the cake. Her dedication shows in the taste and styles. If I could, I would give her more the 5 stars. Kudos to you girl?????

I am really disappointed with their service. I sent them request for custom cake in the starting of month and just got reply for picture if I have then after weeks I got reply that they are fully booked. After wasting a lot of time, I got nothing. I hope as management is checking reviews quickly here can improve their service for responding emails too. If customer is trying to contact you from other province then it means a lot but thanks.

I ordered a cake for my Dad's 70th birthday this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The cake looked exactly like the picture I emailed to Marcia and everyone loved the taste and texture of the cake. It was a big hit! Thank you again!

Terrible and unprofessional sevice, they have twice mess up my order and i order cakes only for Special occasions and they have no Follow up on orders and instead of asking confirmation questions, they have just cancel My orders and tell me that they are fully book and that wont be able To fulfill my order, very bad customer service and missing communication skills.I will never order cakes from them again nor recommend this company
