the moment you step into the building, you are immersed into a different experience. Food so tasty and just amazing overall.
Great first experience! My husband and I dined for a Valentine's date night. The food was amazing!!! The ambiance was great and the service was excellent. Our server was very helpful! And made some awesome recommendations. Definitely would come back!
Absolutely amazing service. It was my girl's birthday, they gave us desert and bubbles on the house (on top of our own desert from outside) Someone from our party wasn't drinking and they made sure to include a non alcoholic bubble. Very thoughtful!
I was really disappointed with the steak. It was advertised as Wagyu beef, but it was extremely tough and gristly, far from the tenderness I expected. It was served with four thick rounds of raw onion that were very hard and unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, the service also fell short — our dishes weren't explained to us, even though we noticed the waiter explaining the menu to other tables. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.
Excellent food, wonderful ambience and Silvia provided an exceptional service! Looking forward to eat there again !
Great location. Love the decor. Had a great server, and we sampled from each part of the menu. All were unique and delicious. Drinks were also a great assortment, each with its own story. Drinks were a bit pricy (had a cocktail and wine each), but hey, it's a treat. The facility is actually huge when you see all the back rooms etc... great place for a private party. Food was all done perfectly, and we left full, and happy! Will definitely keep Fortuna's on the list.
The food had a very distinctive taste compared to many other restaurants we have been to. The cocktails were great. The uniqueness of the food is what makes us want to go back to try other dishes. We highly recommend the ceviche and the duck.
Good atmosphere and friendly professional service. Great place to meet and hang out with friends. The food is interesting with artistic flare but lacks the amazing taste that you'd expect from it.

This is a pretty nice fine-dining spot. Good place for pictures too.
The portions and flavors are generally okay, and the service is good. We ordered quite a few dishes, so I might not remember all the exact names correctly.
• Beef tartare: 6/10. Personally, I found it a bit too plain.
• Taco: 8/10. Lots of layered ingredients, and the perilla leaf helps balance out the roe’s brininess.
• Scallop: 7/10. The scallop was sweet and fresh, and the sauce paired well. It also came with a side salad.
• Empanada: 9/10. Crispy on the outside but juicy inside.
• Short ribs: 10/10.
• Sirloin: 10/10. The crispy potatoes on top were the highlight, and they went perfectly with the tender, slow-braised meat.

Went here for a work Christmas party. The company rented the back area. Amazing ambiance and the food was out of this world. The only downside is parking can be a challenge but to be expected when you are downtown.

Was excited to try as I had heard great things. The food was underwhelming based on the hype and our squash dish came out completely uncooked. Our service also wasn't great. We could have hit a time when the menu just didn't match the standard they've set and had a fresh server or something. Atmosphere is really cool and my cocktail was good!
Nice restaurant, good food and amazing service. I put 4 because the food was oversalted (steak), and also a bit too loud, with music and tables so close to each other its impossible to chat. But music was very nice. They have some private areas there, definately would be better idea to book there. Also parking is a bit of a hustle.

For the price point of this restaurant, alot is left to be desired. Portion sizes are relatively quite small, and quite expensive. Personally would go to other places like bridgette bar if you are looking for better value. Place also specifically charges you just for water which I haven't seen too often if any in Calgary.
Best part of the restaurant is the environment. I'll give it up to the staff though, they will try and address any issues with food as best as they can if you have issues.
Probably will not return and my entire group of 6 people were not somewhat even content with the food.

So good, family style was ideal for our 10 top. Service was on it, food incredibly tasty and unique. The room is sick.

Had such a great time at Fortuna Row. The food was really good, the vibe was fun, and everything just felt easy and comfortable.
Our server Tessa was awesome — super friendly, checked in at all the right times, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell she really cares about what she does. She definitely made the night better.
Will 100% be coming back.
