For a hotel restaurant the food is good and service is great. Some of the reviews were negative. This is a hotel restaurant not a Cactus Club. Our service was great.

The breakfast server, Daniel, was excellent. Polite and attentive. The woman from the bar area at dinner was very nice. Food good.

I’m a guest at the hotel which this restaurant is associated with and provides room service for. The restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel. After a long day of travel I just needed a plate and fork to eat some leftovers I had. I asked the hotel front desk who directed me to the restaurant. The hostess told me their policy is not to lend hotel guests plates. Seriously?!?! But you would deliver room service to my room? Do you not use plates when you deliver room service? Are you worried I’m going to steal your plate? I was planning on having breakfast here but they lost my business on this silly rule so I can’t say whether the food is good or not.

Dinner was closed on Sunday. Food was good. The waiter had problems understanding simple English.

I'd like to know what others found so good about this place. We ordered a garden salad and spinach salad to go and when we got there still had to wait 15 min. They hadn’t even started our simple order. The menu said they were $14 and $15, but we were charged $20 for the spinach salad - with no protein! The garden salad was literally in a small box about 3”x3” and had very few greens, a few carrots, and 4-5 pieces of walnuts (no tomatoes or cucumbers as described) - for $14! The bill was $44 for maybe $3 worth of ingredients. If I weren't leaving Canada to go back to the US in the morning, I would've gone back and demanded an adjustment. Either the person who prepared our to go order was inept or this was a COMPLETE RIP-OFF. It wasn't even very good. Buyer beware.

Freeport is a very pleasant and quiet restaurant hotel. There is ample seating, the staff are attentive and friendly, music is relaxing, plenty of drinks on tap or in the bottle, and the menu has ample food choices.

There is a daily special everyday, as well as happy hour specials between 4-7pm everyday. I tried the 5.00 craft house lager, and it was quite good.

Today, my server was Veronica and she was friendly, provided great customer service, and had a great attitude.

Overall, great place to visit if you're staying at one of the hotels in the area for a good meal, good drinks, and a good time.

Our flight was cancelled so we stayed at Hotel 11 for the night and opted to have dinner here due to convenience. The hostess/server was lovely and she was very prompt and friendly throughout our meal. In terms of the meal itself, the soda was very watered down and the fries were tasteless. The spaghetti bolognese required quite a lot of cheese to have some flavour but the artisan chicken sandwich was simple and good. Price was also high for what it was.

I've never had such bland, flavourless nachos. One of the easiest apps, yet somehow they really missed the mark with it. The tortilla chips had no taste, no salt, just completely bland.
My husband tried the socal burger with veggie patty and it was pretty dry. The fries tasted like cardboard.
Skip this restaurant and just order from elsewhere. The price definitely isn't worth it, as many other reviews also suggest - although the portions were huge, but no point if the food is completely bland.

Wasn't a fan of the Spaghetti Carbanara, super dry and tasteless. Pretty overpriced for such a small portion at $20. Very disappointing.
