The hotel staff initially handled our complaint about cold, dry lava cakes well, offering replacements. However, the manager's rude attitude and refusal to replace both cakes were disappointing. The manager's rude behavior, calling up to my room to spoil my night, was completely unacceptable and left me disgusted. It's crucial for businesses to ensure menu items match expectations and for managers to treat customers and staff professionallyIn response to the "owner's" reply, while I appreciate receiving a new dessert, the issue lies in the manager's subsequent call to my room, where she undermined her staff and displayed discourtesy. Poor management can detrimentally impact both customers and staff. Following the call, there was no apology or explanation provided. It's unacceptable for a manager to call a customer's room just to ruin their night. Despite her claim of swearing, I never used inappropriate language; I merely commented on her behavior.

Do not order the room service nachos. For $25 you get liquid cheese. Barely any toppings. However.. the staff is amazing and sent me up a real order of nachos that was perfect. Please make sure to just pick up your nachos to get real ones!

I like their rooms so cozy and clean. By the time we stayed there, their hot tub was under maintenance. When we went to the pool in the morning, there’s so much fumes from the chlorine and they didn’t put a sign by the door that they will be cleaning it so we didn’t stay long because my son was coughing by then. But all in all we will recommend it. The staff was great and the place was quiet.

Délicieux!!! Pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtel durant la dernière semaine. Qualité/prix pour les déjeuners sont vraiment bien, même les meilleurs. Service difficile du fait qu’il est seul les 2 matins que nous y avons été là. Il voulait tellement tous faire et être présent, il manque quelqu’un. Mais, c’était rapide, 15 mins, on avait nos assiettes. Le souper Cheeseburger Deluxe et Alfredo Chicken Pasta! Délicieux, chaud et pleins gout! Nous avons adoré ce resto!

The meals we ordered arrived 1.5 hours after order was taken. The staff responded with " there is nothing we can do".. Actually, there is a lot a good restaurant can do. But they did not, so it is not a good restaurant!!

The service here ruined the meal. We waited over 10 mins just to be seated. It appeared there was only 1 waitress for the whole restaurant. The apparent manager was helping to serve too once in awhile. There were many people around us grumbling about how long it took to get food. One man was yelling atb he manager about it. We waited about 15 mins for the server to come to our table. We ordered everything at once- Food & drinks. It took awhile to get drinks & probably 25-30 mins to get food. Others were saying it took longer. The food was mediocre & expensive (in our opinion) for what we got. The bacon on my chicken sandwich was barely cooked. I would not recommend this restaurant. Sadly, it's the only place to eat surrounding about 5 hotels.
