I recently ordered a half-and-half pizza from Freshslice, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. First off, the pizza didn't have nearly enough toppings. It looked sparse and just didn’t meet the standard I expected. On top of that, the crust was way thinner than I accept, which made the pizza feel flimsy and unappetizing. It wasn’t just about the taste—it didn’t even look good. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant on 10 dec 2025
While receiving my order, I experienced behavior from one of your employees known Urdu Hindi. Or belong from Nepal or India that I found inappropriate and unprofessional. Specifically, the employee bullying on me and so much use bad words and behavior, e.g., “was dismissive, used rude language, and displayed bullying behavior. This left me feeling quite uncomfortable and disappointed.
I understand that maintaining excellent customer service is a priority for your establishment, and I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can be addressed.

Had the worst customer experience with Arminder and her coworker tonight. Not only was I not greeted when I walked in (was the only one in the store), when I said hello to the girls they turned their back and ignored me again. They also continued to speak in their language and laugh while ignoring me. When I started to order the other girl literally walked away. It was insane and I should have just left.
