The food was mediocre, plus anything tempera was soggy and service was non-existent. Sat for 20 mins and had to wave someone down to order. Server’s were polite once we got their attention, but they never checked on us. We didn’t even get all our rolls- after 20 mins after the “last item” we ended up just cancelling the rest.

My husband and I love this place. We try to make it once a week as our regular date night spot. The staff and owner are so amazing and friendly. The food is exceptional. Highly recommend if you like ramen and sushi.

Maria is such a wonderful host, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. It’s far and away the best sushi I’ve ever had, and the presentation of the dishes is simply beautiful. To quote the name of the T.V. show, "You Gotta Eat Here!"

The reviews speak the truth! Fuji is excellent. An upbeat vibe greets you as soon you walk in the door, welcoming you with the aromas of a variety of delicious offerings. The service is prompt, friendly and genuine. The menu boasts strong value and portion sizes without sacrificing quality; combined, an uncommon achievement nowadays. The Black Fuji Tonkotsu ramen is a house speciality, and one of the go-to menu items whenever I stop in for a visit. That said, the Chili Goma and Chashu ramen bowls are also hearty and guaranteed to warm up even the coldest heart on a dreary day.Definitely try the Okonomiyaki to kick off your experience.Last note: our 3 year old absolutely loves this restaurant, and the staff are always incredibly welcoming of all families in our several meals here.Keep kicking it Fuji team - you’re a diamond.

This place was highly recommended when I asked Google to recommend the best places for Japanese Ramen in Calgary. It did not disappoint.

Not much of a connoisseur of Japanese food but I honestly can't tell the difference between this place and any other AYCE place I've been to besides the price.Food was good, but in terms of value for money I would eat elsewhere.

Absolutely. Amazing. The food is incredible. So fresh, so flavourful. And on top of it all, the wait staff are warm, friendly and attentive. You can tell when a restaurant genuinely cares about their customers, and this is one of those places. From the second we walked through the doors to the minute we left.... just outstanding,. Thank you for making our meal so memorable. We will be back in a heartbeat.

Just an average sushi joint, located in Avineda Place. I found the food bland but presented well. They forgot to include chopsticks. Expensive for the price, but they did have a vegan sushi platter option, so I appreciated that. For the $50 dollars I spent, not worth the money; I prefer Sushi Ichiban or Fusion Sushi, or even Oishi (especially all-you-can-eat). Without an all-you-can-eat option, Fuji Sushi just doesn't compare to the alternatives, both in terms of price and in terms of quality. Not bad sushi, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Dietary restrictions: Vegan sushi platter

Had the Fuji Party Tray 1. Overall, the food was great but the Maguro Nigiri were off color and did not taste good. We sent them back and new rolls that were a completely different color.
