I ordered the seafood ramen with kale noodles, and it was so tasty! Convenient to walk over to have dinner from the hotel I’m staying in. I plan to go there once more before I depart.
This evening we arrived about an hour before closing and the restaurant was still packed! We sat at the bar and had the best seats. We each ordered the Black Fuji Tonkotsu Ramen. It is heaven in your mouth! I can’t wait to try their other menu items. We also got to talk with owner/operator Maria and she shared a bit of the history and how they opened. I’m honestly stuffed and I wish could eat more. We’ll be back! Thank you for making our night 😊
