Visited recently to try Japanese soufflé pancakes for the first time. Decent wait time. However, I’d say it’s not really designed for a quality brunch experience - the seating feels congested, menu is VERY limited on caffeinated drinks (no drip coffee available), overall better suited to be a dessert spot. I found the pancakes were okay, 3.8/5. I would say the place serves a specialty dish, but better to be had as take out rather than dine-in. The place isn’t staffed well to handle register, kitchen, and provide service to customers dining in simultaneously, atleast on weekends. Also overpriced for amount of food.

Excited to try fluffy Japanese pancakes but was disappointed by the quality. The sign outside says to wait 15-20 minutes for them to cook. Waited almost 25, the only ones in the restaurant at the time and they came out cold and undercooked. For $13 the one pancake was overpriced and I tipped $5. Flavor was ok, I really just ate it because I didn’t want to waste food. Cold butter on cold pancakes is gross. Will not be going back.

My to go to dessert place. It has been amazing so far, however when we visited this time, we waited almost an hour for our pancake to come. They did apologize and gave us a small dessert. Taste of those pancake and a desert was just okay.

We went on Family Day weekend. It was a cute little shop. The service was a bit slow, but I don't blame them because it was quite busy and only 2 staff. The pancake came out fresh and fluffy, melting in the mouth. The drinks were also good. We will definitely come back.

I went to fuwa fuwa pancake this evening, the place was decently empty when I got there. Me and a friend ordered the pancakes, my friend got his pancakes, I waited on mine for 40 minutes. More people came in while I was waiting and got their pancakes, which caused me to go and ask multiple times what the progress was on mine but they just said to wait. When I finally went and asked them one last time, they mentioned that they ran out of pancake ingredients even though they served pancakes to the people who came AFTER me. Awful experience, very surprised that such a thing happened.
