Very disappointing experience tonight. My 2 friends and I visited around 9:20 PM on May 7 expecting the store to be open, you may check the CCTV. Google Maps showed closing time as 2:30 AM, and the sign outside also indicated the store was OPEN with a posted closing time of 12:30 AM.
As we approached the door, a lady staff member looked at us, locked the door from inside, and walked to the back without saying anything, she had airpods on. We tried calling the store multiple times, but the phone went straight to voicemail. We knocked several times and waited around 30 minutes with no response, explanation, or acknowledgment.
The lack of communication and complete disregard for customers felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. If the store was closing early or temporarily unavailable, a simple explanation or a sign showing the same would have been enough. Instead, we were ignored entirely after making the effort to come there.
This experience left a very bad terrible impression, and I hope management addresses both the inaccurate hours and the poor customer service with racism vibes which I've never faced anywhere else in Canada. I'll update this review if the business responds professionally with an apology.

Fantastic food, best baklava (shoutout to Firas’ wife!) and samosas. Great portion size and freshness for the donairs. He even included some free fruit. It was a nice stop after visiting Studio Bell. Firas is a passionate and energetic business owner— check out the other side of his business, if you are in the market for vape products. The music is very modern and upbeat too. The food is very affordable! Wonderful experience— 10/10!

No doubt it’s the best restaurant to satisfy your quick hunger. The Donais are really amazing. Ask for extra chicken to make it awesome. The team and the owner are really nice people. They always meet you with a smiling face and always there to help.
I’m a big fan of their black tea ☕

I paid an extra 5 dollars for extra meat for the donair, and the donair wrap I got was skimpy and thin. For 21+ dollars, the wrap was not satisfying nor filling. 1/5

Bought a donair wrap for $15. Not a big quantity, very little meat, not flavorful (except for sirracha flavor). Would not go again.
