Atmosphere not really applicable as it’s a takeout or delivery location. Haven’t had Gondola in years and was a little leery to order after reading some of the reviews. Ordered a large thin crust and a Greek salad and it was perfect! Loved it. Tasted just how I remembered it from this location years ago, and Winnipeg locations. Same person running this place. Very kind and good service. Will absolutely order from here again next time we’re in Calgary!! Delicious!!!

The pizza was a 5/10. This “pizza bread” is obviously burnt, but also laughable for the size. Caesar salad was $16.95 for undressed lettuce and faken bits. Wow. No pride

Haven’t had Gondola Pizza in years. Decided to try something different and we are so glad we did! The pizza was excellent! Love the thin crust. The Hawaiian pizza was one of the best we've had in a long time! The Roma pizza was also really good. We ordered through Skip and the pizza arrived piping hot! Definitely will be ordering from here again!

I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with a staff member of Gondola Pizza that I feel compelled to share. I parked briefly in a public parking spot in front of the restaurant while picking up my child from daycare. To my surprise, a staff member came out of the restaurant and aggressively confronted me in front of my two young children, demanding I move my car, and claimed that the parking spot was reserved for them. This was a public parking spot, clearly not designated for private use, and their behavior was entirely uncalled for. I should also mention that he parked right next to me and this was all happening while I was trying to get my child into their car seat. He continued to accost me while I was working on getting my kids in the car and decided to get into his car and rip out of the parking spot, nearly clipping me with his side mirror in the process.
My children were visibly upset by the staff member’s unnecessary aggression, and it was an overall distressing experience for our family. I strongly urge the management to address this kind of behavior and ensure that customers and members of the public are treated with respect. This experience has left a very negative impression of this establishment and it appears this isn't the first interaction of this kind.

I absolutely love Gondola Acadia! I've been coming to this location since I was little. Grew up around the corner, and now into adulthood I moved back to the neighborhood a couple years ago! All 3 of my kids love it as well. We always get the plain Jane thin crust. It's always been my go to. Definitely my comfort food. Thank you Gondola for 38 years of amazing pizza! ❤️ I'll always be back

Almost driving into peoples vehicles and then yelling at parents in the parking lot is not a good way to get customers.
After my experience this afternoon I then found out that he had yelled at a few parents but only the women who park there. Not the dad's that park there.
Very disappointed. Will never be buying pizza here.

Had a tough steak, bread was slightly moldy, not fresh. A friend sent her meal back too. They are trying to save money, instead of encouraging people to come back.
