Wonderful place!
We went to this Gong Cha on Oct 4 at aroud 8.30pm and had some confusions while ordering, which we then brought to the staffs' attention. We did not have to explain or argue that much as the staffs were very understanding and willing to quickly accommodate our extra requests. Every Gong Cha store tastes the same but it's this kind of service that makes me remember this specific one.
paid for pearls and didn't get any.

Excellent boba place with good quality, well made pearls, and nice staff. We also had a mango yogurt smoothie which was amazing!

I ordered an Earl Grey milk tea 2Jwith pudding and pearls — no grass jelly. Instead, I received it with grass jelly, which completely ruined the taste. It was unpleasant and not what I asked for.
There was no communication or confirmation about this change, which shows a lack of care for the customer experience. Very disappointed with the service.
Great Gong Cha location. Clean, friendly service and everything tastes delicious - as per usual gong cha quality. Can also recommend their waffles!

We love going for bubble tea in China Town. There are so many options but this is our favourite. It is clean and the staff are patient when the kids take their time making their choices. They offer multiple flavour combinations. I have yet to be disappointed with any of the boba we have tried. Highly recommended.
