Gongcha in Chinatown is fantastic! The drinks are always fresh and flavorful, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the store is clean and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places for bubble tea in the area—I’ll be coming back for sure!
We went to this Gong Cha on Oct 4 at aroud 8.30pm and had some confusions while ordering, which we then brought to the staffs' attention. We did not have to explain or argue that much as the staffs were very understanding and willing to quickly accommodate our extra requests. Every Gong Cha store tastes the same but it's this kind of service that makes me remember this specific one.
Great Gong Cha location. Clean, friendly service and everything tastes delicious - as per usual gong cha quality. Can also recommend their waffles!
