Its inside a small Chinese mall kind of building… they have cute shops inside this mall… the best thing about their bubble tea is the mango popping bobas… but their mill tea seems to separate when kept for a few minutes… its also anlittle on the pricy side… 9 dollars for one bubble tea didnt seem reasonable to me… otherwise its a good choice near downtown…
We ordered 2 drinks. Coconut smoothie and an oolong osmanthus cheese tea. Both drinks took almost 15 minutes to make with only 2 people ahead of us. Both drinks were not great. Very bland and little flavor. Was disappointed as it was almost 15 dollars for 2

I am just rating on BUBBLE WAFFLES as noone has been making good ones in Calgary since Bubble Waffle World closed - and I'm so excited that Royal Tea's Bubble Waffles hit the spot! You will have to wait 10 minutes as they make it fresh but the folks behind the counter are so grateful and kind. We need to support little mom and pop shops like this!
