Quick and friendly service in a clean space! The pearls are a little smaller in diameter than some other tea houses; I personally prefer this because they are wonderfully cooked right through to the center. I do wish they had lore black tea based options.

Pathetic and disrespectful service by both persons who were taking and serving orders at the counter.
A disgusting and very annoying situation, as we were the only customer in the shop when placed order and three customers came after us, and they were served immediately. It appears to be very biased and totally disregarding behaviour, as we waited for 15 minutes for only one drink, and when complained the serving girl made the drink within a minute. I would urge the Owners to take notice of such behaviour of carelessness. Would recommend other customers to shift to the similar spot across the road, there product and service is better for sure.

No tea flavor bad milk does not taste really good not authentic at all would not waste money coming here. Customer service is just so so not great at all we're not recommend this place.

Fast service and good menu options. Kids love coming here for bubble tea and bubble waffles. Their Creme Brule croffle is soooo good and delicious!

Great boba place, it smelled amazing inside and so did my drink, but i have a critique about PRICE and it's for gingerbread bottle event ONLY. I got a bottle for the holidays and it was $3.50 on top of the drink! Mine with my sister's drink together was more than $18!!! (expensive in my opinion!) I have to say, they tasted good, but with the bottle was overpriced. I still love the bottle very much and will use it many more times, too cute, but expensive. This is just for the gingerbread and i think the normal sizes are VERY FAIR price for great quality stuff. Please note that I love the normal size and it's very worth it. Also, the place is decorated so cute and i love being there! That is my opinion and I mean it in the kindest way possible. ☺️ (Excuse my grammar) 🥲

Been coming here for a couple years. They changed the owner this year and did some huuuge interior changes. They come out with new drinks all the time and they are still my go to Boba place in Calgary.
