My partner and I have been enjoying going around and trying boba places that are new to us. We just moved from the states and have found some great spots. Gong Cha is the second favorite spot of ours. I love how there's a location that is not apart of a mall. My partner and I ordered some drinks and snacks and she went to pick them up while running errands. She said the place was very clean and she loved the ambiance of the establishment. She loves plants and this place has a really nice vibe to it. The staff were very friendly and our drinks/snacks were so tasty. I've never had waffle balls before! We ordered the chocolate (which was our first time trying) and we got the Oreo waffle. These snacks were BUSSIN! The drinks we ordered were lychee oolong tea with lychee pearls and strawberry green tea with mango popping pearls.

We ordered the Macha Mango for second time and Macha strawberry latte (first time) . I like Matcha strawberry better. Matcha Mango was not as good as I liked from Cross iron mill place- I guess the proportions not the same as before. They have variety of flavors. The place is contemporary with great decorations. It would be a great hang out place. The place was not crowded as compared to cross iron mills Gong Cha.

Best bubble tea ever!! Huge menu of drinks and some food items. Everything is customizable from percentage of sweetness to how much ice. Straws are biodegradable and not cardboard, so no dealing with soggy paper straw. The pearls are perfectly made and sweetened there honestly isn't a better place to get bubble tea in the city!! So yummy!! Clean and service is quick!

Consistently delicious! Lemon ai-yu jelly tea and wintermelon basil seed tea are the best ones I've tried. I love their fresh toppings!

Great customer service, they were nice when I wasn't able to perfectly hear them and made sure I got the options I wanted. The drinks I got were delicious and it wasn't too long of a wait. I also really loved how clean and cool the store looked, I can't wait to go again when Covid gets better.

As usual will go to downtown that one but I went country hill store yesterday; Panda foam is my favourite and this store gave many pearls in the bubble tea, see my pic and you will agree what I say!! Staffs are very nice too!!! Recommend!!!

I love this place. I have become a regular since they first opened and now my son is addicted to this place too. Never had a bad boba tea here and I am picky AF. The only reason for the 4 star is some of the items are priced higher than other boba tea areas nearby, T&T across the street offers a decent selection for about 15% less. Also, if they had loyalty card program that would totally give them an edge because they have a lot of the younger patrons pop in after school, I know my son spends at least $50 a month there so giving back to actual purchasing clients vs followers would be better than their instagram giveaways or the keychains. Will still continue to come because I am addicted to their brown sugar series, which are to die for, but think a loyalty program would take this fast growing chain to another level!

I come here for drinks very frequently. The relaxed atmosphere is great for reading and the large variety of music being played makes it more enjoyable. Notably, the drinks are much better than neighbouring competitors and the pace at which they are made are astounding. At their best, I've gotten my drink in less than 10 seconds after ordering.
I really enjoy having a bubble tea place close to my house and where I work! This is the second time I've been and I love it! The guy who took my order was really nice and the staff were very friendly! I came in at around 6pm and it was a bit busy but nothing too crazy! Overall, I enjoyed it and will be coming back!!
