Best bubble tea ever!! Huge menu of drinks and some food items. Everything is customizable from percentage of sweetness to how much ice. Straws are biodegradable and not cardboard, so no dealing with soggy paper straw. The pearls are perfectly made and sweetened there honestly isn't a better place to get bubble tea in the city!! So yummy!! Clean and service is quick!
Great customer service, they were nice when I wasn't able to perfectly hear them and made sure I got the options I wanted. The drinks I got were delicious and it wasn't too long of a wait. I also really loved how clean and cool the store looked, I can't wait to go again when Covid gets better.
My partner and I have been enjoying going around and trying boba places that are new to us. We just moved from the states and have found some great spots. Gong Cha is the second favorite spot of ours. I love how there's a location that is not apart of a mall.
