I'm usually very happy with Good Earth's food. However, today for lunch I ordered their Good Grains with Edamame (don't remember exact name, but something like that). Very disappointing, mainly lettuce, with barely any grains or edamame. I work at RUH and hope to keep on supporting them, but my next purchase will need to be improved in order to do so.

Started my morning with a mix-up where my drink was made iced instead of hot, and the barista (a lady with short hair) was really sarcastic and rude about fixing it. This isn't the first time she’s been like that, either.
The biggest issue was that she used dairy instead of oat milk despite my intolerance, which made me sick. The drink was also poor quality—the milk was burned and the syrup was missing. I really hope management fixes her attitude and starts taking dietary requests seriously🙃

I had such an awesome experience here! I stopped by and ordered a caramel macchiato, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. What really made the visit special was the employees. They greeted me with a smile, took my order quickly, and made sure everything was just right. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was great. I left very happy and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Sophia is an amazing barista! She’s friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. Even during busy times, she stays calm and makes sure every drink is made with care. She’s great with customers and always creates a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell she’s a hard worker and a valuable part of the team. Definitely one of the reasons I enjoy coming back!

I decided to visit this location after going swimming and was utterly disgusted by Ava’s behaviour. I don’t know who hired her but her attitude was so astonishing to me, as much as I enjoyed my drink nothing would please me more than to never go back and have two encounter such a negative employee ever again. She was almost somewhat aggressive while making our drinks, as well as as being quite rude to her poor coworkers, please management fix this immediately and get her out of this beautiful business.

I got a yummy chewy Ginger Cookie and a tall Matcha Latte with Vanilla sweetener ! Delicious and although the kids working were super busy they were still very friendly and helpful - my matcha latte looked so pretty when she handed it to me with a little heart on top but I hurried too much before taking a photo to put it into my yeti mug and then I was in a hurry to get back to the rink - lots of tasty looking foods here - my son had the mac and cheese special in the past and I know it was awesome - please come follow CrappyGamerMom1979 on all Socials - streaming on Twitch most Thurs and Saturday nights at around 11pm (mst) - Spanglish friendly chatty fun gamer streams ! My son was having a meltdown in front of the store and one of the employees had compassion on us and came over to give him a good earth cookie, on the house. It was so kind and thoughtful, and those are the values I associate with good earth.
