Good Earth Coffeehouse - Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton

Don't like to complain normally unless it is necessary,but it's been a few times now I have been served here by the same lady and I find whole ora / vibe everything is off about her ,the last time I came I thought she was having a bad day so left it bit today she served me and my daughter again,and I just find her miserable. I payed $13 for 2 drinks and she questioned why I wanted some honey plus when I asked for a spoon it was like I was asking for a free cake , I don't normally complain I really dont but we all have to work right it's not about the drinks her service should be better she is getting paid to at least say hi and make eye contact .her name was I think Ladina and honestly someone needs to speak to her I just finished a long shift at work ) dealing with customers,with a smile ) and to be served by someone after my shift is done who couldn't care less is not good . If she doesn't like her job tell her to leave or at least give her some training . I really have to try hard not to say something when I am there so I am hoping this will be sorted out .

Their drinks are amazing. A lot of no sugar options for the non cafinated drinks. Lovely space, super easy parking.

Very good! Amazing staff, friendly, and the food is on a different level! The cookies (the normal ones) are so good! It's a very soothing taste. The hot chocolate makes me gaze in awe in the cold Calgary winters.
Definitely recommend

Amazing costumer service and drinks!!
Usually after visiting the ymca gym, I would always pass by Good Earth without thinking I would want a refresher. However today after a workout I was extremely in need to quench my thirst. I would prefer my usual cafe for iced matcha lattes but Good Earth took the cake today.

Today I was served by Sookey, she made me a delicious iced matcha latte. Surprisingly my drink was made fast and with quality. Additionally, she really made my day by complementing my outfit. Would go here again after a gym workout or with friends! And try the other drinks and meals on the menu.

Food is decent while the coffee is good the downside of this spot is that the staff seems like they’d rather be at home. Takes a while to get my order as well so thats another downside.

I ordered a matcha latte the other day, I would definitely recommend it to anyone else if you like tea! I ordered from a very friendly young woman, I believe her name was Sooki, she was attentive and her customer service was welcoming! She also made my drink pretty fast which is always great! I would definitely come again!

Absolute gong show staff taking orders does not listen at all our whole order was wrong we had to ask for our food more than once and had to ask other staff to get it our latte was wrong and a cold mocha they made a hot one and when asked for the correct one the staff member dumped the hot beverage into a cup of ice Absolutely disgusting and they refused to correct our order the service was beyond disappointing for a first and last visitI would give a zero stars but not an option your staff should be trained to listen to the guests orders and be friendly but in this case your staff was very argumentative and disrespectful

Good cleaning. Takes a wile to make food. Forget my food and didn’t deliver within 15 mins. I had to remind them my order. I was the only person in line. They water down there smoothies a lot. Put so much ice but still liquid. Not a thick smoothie at all. Even tho I was the first person in line and only person in line, the workers/ employees were not addressing the fact that I was there for 5 minutes. But otherwise ok.

Dietary restrictions: There’s not many options for nut free and gluten free other than soup. Evan then.

Chai latte is so weak, needs more syrup or switch to a better concentrate or teach your staff how to make a good Chai......it seems the pump was only spraying out and did not pump out a good amount of liquid. I returned it and got a new one with 9 pumps instead but it was still flavorless.

Great variety of food. Always busy but service is maintained.

Coffee is weak and flavourless, the food is even worse. Tried numerous things and they all remind me of gas station food from the 80s. Very obvious nothing is fresh. This time I tried the bacon and egg sandwich that was supposed to come on an artesian sesame seed bun….it was a hamburger bun. The egg tasted old and it was slimy, the bacon undercooked and somehow the tomato was hard and crunchy despite being very red. My husbands was the same. My latte tastes like they forgot the espresso and it’s just hot milk with a splash of drip coffee. Regret spending the money.
