The overall ambience of the cafe is lovely, but I had a particularly bad experience with my family:
A. The staff was unbearably rude to my father, a senior citizen. B. The service felt rushed, with staff seemingly eager to wrap everything up. I’m not sure why they entertained us in the first place if that was the case. C. The owner’s replies to my father were harsh and lacked the etiquette needed to accept constructive feedback. D. The coffee, which the owner claimed was Ethiopian, was plain black and tasted like battery fluid.
I hope the cafe can improve upon their service, considering they have a prime location. That's my two cents on this particular CG location. On the other hand, I found their Inglewood location to be amazing!

Terrible service and mediocre coffee. Made the customers order that came after mine and then left me standing there. 5 minutes later they ask if I’m waiting for something. There was no one else in line. Forgetting one of two orders that you have doesn’t bode well.

Worst coffee i ever had. I went with my family to enjoy a good coffee in chilled weather. I ordered teo cups of aimple black (Brewed)coffee The coffee turned out STALE. It had a SOUR taste. However, I didn't complain. Just decided that i will never go to them for my favourite drink

I just popped in for a quick matcha to go. It was really smooth and not at all grainy! I work close by and from the coffee shops I've been to in this area, this one seems to have the best "sit down to work" atmosphere. A great vibe and lots of cozy seating!!

The café is beautiful and cozy, but one staff member, in particular, has been rude on multiple visits for no logical reason. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the staff are fine, but this person’s attitude really brings the place down. Such a shame.

Got some food and coffee while doing a bit of work here. All the food and coffee was excellent. Blueberry scone was moist and sweet, unlike many places where they are too dry and bitter. Breakfast sandwich was great too. Nice clean and bright space with enjoyable ambiance. Would definitely return.
