I had the avocado smash with bacon. Ben works hard and has fresh, delicious ingredients. I couldn't wait to get back to work to devour it. My only disappointment was that I was too hungry to savor it.Next time I'm excited to try the reuben. Stay tuned.
Bens Cafe is such a sweet little spot with great service and reasonable prices. The food was really, really good and I can't wait to come back and try some more. You can tell the owner and his wife really enjoy what they're doing.

We went to Ben's Café for breakfast this morning and are still loving it. The staff was super friendly. We had two different wraps, a bagel and banana bread and everything was fresh and simply delicious. The sauces for the wraps were also excellent. We can only recommend Ben's Café to all visitors to Calgary!Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options on the menu.
