Wow, fantastic, unique and I can't wait to enjoy again. Greenfish is now my go to for super exciting, tastey and beautifully presented sushi.I ordered green mango roll, avocado smash roll and Thai green Curry prawn roll. Everything was delicious, true care for the high quality ingredients can be seen the in the beauty of the presentation and then tasted. Absolutely a rare gem in Calgary

Such a treat to have this place available for a quick bite. It's rare to get this high quality food, at these prices, on demand... Especially in Calgary.Vegetarian options: There are many non-fish based sushi options.

Fish was so fresh and just melted in your mouth! Chef was really nice helping to explain some of the menu. Really enjoyed this place, like a hidden gem.

I really wanted to like these rolls. I had the Thai Green Curry Prawn roll, the Spicy Salmon Aburizushi roll, the 5-piece sashimi, and a miso soup. The sashimi was fresh and very good in taste, so was the miso soup. I was rather disappointed with the two big rolls, because those were supposed to be the Greenfish highlight. The Thai Green Curry was rather bland and some of the ingredients (I think the curry sauce and something else, maybe the mango and prawn) didn’t go well together. In an actual Thai green curry, maybe, but it had a really bitter taste. The other roll was also a bit disappointing and bland in taste — the sauce was probably healthier than most sushi places’ that offer rolls like these, but all in all there’s really room for improvement here. I’m happy to give it another shot, as my assessment is based on few criteria.

Was craving Vancouver style sushi..but wanted to stay home and watch the playoffs vs. dressing up to hit up Nupo..so Greenfish is such a great balance. The King Salmon and truffle roll are amazing!! The standout of our order. Will definitely order again!

Located in the new food hall “The District” featuring sushi. They have vegetarian options. The Korean spiced salmon roll (pictured) was quite tasty. Upgraded to a combo with miso soup and edamame. I personally don’t like miso so gave it to my friend. Edamame were cold - had been expecting they would be warmer. Really friendly staff.

Chef Darren MacLean is amazing, his Maki rolls are so amazing. The White Truffle is to die for. I also ordered their Korean Spiced Salmon and BC Butterfish Black Cod Maki Rolls. Delicious! No soy sauce needed. All they serve is sustainable fish/seafood. A definite must try.

We got the tuna roll and the fish was pretty fresh. The roll was about $13, so decent price but not a deal by any means.Apparently their fish comes from sustainable means.

Went for a quick snack of sushi yesterday afternoon. We had the albacore tuna sashimi and the black cod rolls. Both were amazing, but the rolls were out of this world. The sushi here is better than almost any restaurant in the city. And it is all sustainable and in a takeaway spot.Highly, highly recommended.
