Pleasant staff. I wanted something on the menu but it was sold out...funny thing is the steak tartar appetizer and duck breast main were so good I forgot what is was...lol

Sensational evening at Bar Chouvette. The four of us had a degustation of pretty much everything and we were stuffed by the end. Each meal was prepared with quality sourced ingredients including a cut of beef that was a cross of wagyu and some other beef leaving the strip melting in your mouth. The food is very tasty but the portion sizes vary greatly. I ordered the beef tongue ravioli and for $32 received ten tiny raviolis, not shareable. The pork chop that my husband ordered however was huge. Prepare to be surprised.
