First visit to Greta for happy hour. Booked a standard table but were given a high top (if this matters, confirm on arrival). Note they do enforce the time slot for each reservation, so be sure to use your time wisely for gaming and socializing. Food overall was good, nothing stood out as superior but tasty. Desserts were disappointing (would skip next time). A number of games were out of order but I suspect that might always be the case with the volume of play. Would return for another day based on the weekly specials.
Joke of an establishment, super childish and staff just aren’t efficient at theyre job. Nice people but that can’t carry just bad service
Me and my husband go to Greta every year for the Super Bowl. Over the years it feels like it keeps getting less good. Don’t get me wrong, Greta is great. But the prizes for super bowl keep getting less good, along with how winning those prizes works is less fun as well.
Id say one bar is more then enough upstairs, and needs more acades and the stairs needs lights i almost couldnt see

Come here for our company Christmas party, and it was a great time! Service was great, but the food was pretty bland, and some of the arcade machines weren't working properly.
January 31 Saturday night, I was assaulted inside Greta Bar, and the way it was handled was completely unacceptable.
My boyfriend and I were standing inside the club waiting for our friend to get our game tickets. We were minding our own business and not bothering anyone. A drunk man had already tried to talk to us, and we ignored him.
As this man a random Asian male I did not know was walking out of the club, he suddenly turned around and punched me full force in the nose. I am a 5’3 woman, I did not know this man, and this was 100% unprovoked. I did not speak to him, touch him, or engage with him in any way.
What happened next was shocking. No one helped me except my boyfriend. Instead of staff protecting the woman who had just been assaulted, my boyfriend was immediately treated like he was the problem, even though he was only reacting because I had just been hit in the face.
Staff and people around us kept focusing on my boyfriend instead of the man who actually assaulted me. I was asked “what did you do to get punched” rather than anyone asking if I was okay. The attacker faced little accountability while we were blamed.
The situation escalated further when a group of the attacker’s friends got involved, making it even more unsafe. If it had not been for one female staff member who stepped in, I believe I would have been seriously injured.
As a Black woman in a mostly white space, it was impossible not to notice how quickly I was labeled as the problem instead of the victim. The lack of concern, protection, and basic humanity was disturbing.
Days later, my nose is still in pain. I cannot laugh or properly wash my face without pain. This was not minor. This was a violent assault that happened inside a venue with cameras.
Greta Bar needs to review their security camera footage. The cameras will clearly show that I was punched first and without provocation, while simply standing and waiting, and will also show how the situation was mishandled afterward.
Greta Bar failed to protect me, failed to handle the situation properly, and allowed victim-blaming instead of accountability.
I strongly advise people of color, especially women, not to come here. Based on my experience, this is not a safe place, and if something happens to you, you will be treated as the problem instead of being protected.

Be warned, you should be ready to play video games the only time you're going to play video games. Going to play some good chains but unfortunately it's a bit lackluster in the base, as in their sound system seems a bit struggle. The service here is fantastic, the video games are fun. The car just seems to be waiting for a banger beat with a bit more Bass.

This place was fun. We went earlier in the day so it was quiet. We are told it get far busier and more of a party place later. Our waitress was amazing, so helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend for a date night.
This place has a cool vibe and would have been fun if there were more than two of us — we aren’t really arcade people. But we had great food and the service was good. The place definitely has a laid back vibe compared to most spots in this area. No dresses required here! The food made up for any vibe issue.

Great place for a work Xmas party. All the servers were great. Especially the shorter girl with the black hair and striped pants. Highly recommend!
