I always get the ginger beef (extra saucey) and the pan fried dumplings. Great price and super quick, thank me later! But thank them on the spot! I love this place.

Came in on Christmas Eve, after having a bad experience with take out elsewhere, staff were kind, knowledgeable and informative! We also had our food at home within 30 minutes. Food was delicious

Put an order in EARLY for Christmas Eve for what I was told was outside of their busy period - pick up at 7:00. Sent our son for pick up and he's been waiting for an hour. No call from the restaurant, no info and when I called was told "we had no idea we would be this busy and have no way to manage our orders" historically have enjoyed their food but this is an unacceptable level of lack of service. Was told the manager will call me to follow up... stay tuned. 1/10. Do no lo get recommend.

I have been coming here for as long as they have been in business. Somehow the quality is always the same, perfection. Easily the best vermicelli bowls and spring rolls in the city. You will never be disappointed eating in or getting takeout.

I ordered Pho and Pad Thai for takeout, and it was amazing! The broth was flavorful, not too hot, and the overall taste was fantastic. The only minor issue was that the takeout container had so much broth that you couldn't add the noodles and meat without spilling some of it. Initially, I was hesitant because of some negative reviews, but my experience was completely different—everything was great! The staff were also very friendly.

The location looks large from the outside. However, it has small dining areas . With a seasonal patio dining area.

Clean restaurant, but the food was bland absolutely no flavour, cold, & the food had an off putting smell that was extremely unappetizing.

The menu is great and the food was okay.
My wife and I have been here many times and enjoy the food and service.
The reason I am giving a 3 star is because the proportion of noodles/rice with the protein and vegetables has become out of balance.
There are too much carbs(noodle/rice), very little protein, and even fewer vegetables.
It wasn't like this a few years back.
Apart from this, the food taste and service is great. I would recommend you try Han Chao for your own experience.
