We placed an order for pickup last night for the first time. We ordered 4 dishes and found them all to be very bland and almost tasteless. The fried rice that we got had shrimp in it which is not on the menu and I was not asked what I preferred when I ordered. It did not look fried at all and was very white coloured for being fried. We were very disappointed with our entire order. We will not be ordering again from this restaurant. Too bad because other reviews were promising.
I was recommended Han Chao by a friend and I am really glad I gave it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with great hospitality, and the food quality was even better than expected. Excellent food! We ordered dinner for 4 and everything was cooked perfect, placed an order for chicken fried rice, sweet and sour sauce with chicken balls, ginger beef, beef and broccoli and chicken chow mein, and not too salty or over cooked. Thank you.
