Went through the drive-thru on November 30th at 4:18 p.m., it was starting to get busier inside, but they were fully staffed. The drive-thru attendant was unfriendly, bordering on rude, share pretty much threw our food at us and was just generally miserable. The fries and onion rings were cold and tasted like yesterday's food. The burger was insanely amazing. I just wish I could buy it somewhere else.
Very disappointed with the burger and poutine today. Tasteless burger (tasted like boiled). Adding hot gravey to cold fries did me in. Will be a long time before going back.

The first time I wanted to try the place I sat by the speaker for 10-15mins with not even a "one minute please" I said hello no response, they started saying hi when I started backing out.
The second time was much better, and the food was great. Maybe the rating will go up in time, but I can't go higher with that first experience.

No greetings when entering. Staff not friendly and not interested in service. No napkins or ketchup in the bag. Washrooms are dirty and very very smelly. They just opened at 11am every one should be happy and the Washrooms clean.
Very friendly staff, always a smile on their face. Hamburger was amazing as was the Frings!. DIning area was very clean.
