Unfortunately its hit or miss here. I always get the veggie burger and sometimes its good but this time was gross! The bun was cold and hard and the patty was dry and gross. I couldn't finish it and should have just went back. Very disappointing

Ordered double cheese burger, Angus combo and chicken stips combo and the chicken strips were over cooked and unedible never had them from here before and never again maybe if your staff wasn't on his phone while he was supposed to be watching them it might be different. i took the food home then had to go out again to grab my son something else to eat cause obviously wasn't able to eat rock hard food and making mine cold as I could not eat knowing he had nothing. Not the best experience and waste of money having to buy two meals.

This is the 3rd time I have been to Harveys in the past couple of years….what happened??? You used to be so good, not anymore. The cheese burger was so disappointing. The patty was like cold cardboard. I will not be going back. But the staff was excellent!

Super super slow I have ordered online one hour before arriving as time was one hour later when I arrived my ordered still not ready plus few things was missing from my order You need more Paying attention to what people's ordered at least check twice Specially big orders we pay money for it it's not free food you guys given us
My first time trying Harvey's and I can say that's it's amazing!! Service crew are great! I can use more smile but I know it is tough in hospitality business... Food is great not greasy.. taste amazing!! One of the best burger I have tried.. definitely I will recommend this to my family and friends!!
