First time visiting here because I am vacationing in Canada. I love the vibe of the place. I think that the pricing is decent as well. I got the sundae with barn floor and halo halo. The barn floor was really good, but the halo halo was not. Being Filipino, I can say that the halo halo is not how halo halo tastes like.
Other than that, everything else was good. My sister-in-law had the cotton candy and chocolate. The chocolate was excellent!

I went in with my child to buy ice cream, we chose chocolate and my daughter chose bright orange, pointing with her hand. The seller didn't even say that it was ice cream with a lot of hot pepper. Why don't you teach salespeople to communicate with customers, they just stand there like dug-in pillars. You also have a failed ice cream display case design. In those buckets, it is simply not visible and it is not convenient. Also, you should at least put a name with a brief description of the contents next to each bucket. At the checkout, the girl was polite and smiling. But the daughter was left without ice cream and was upset

Cookies and cream ice cream was fine. However, we got an egg cream and the people working there didn’t know how to make an egg cream. We had to tell them how to make the egg cream and what we got was mostly water and barely any chocolate syrup. We had to go back to ask for more milk AND they told us we had to stir it ourselves which I’ve never had to do before and I come from the place where egg creams were invented! Disappointed for sure.
