Hayden Block Smoke & Whiskey

Hayden Block is one of the great BBQ and Whisky spots in town. Great drink and cocktail selections, excellent meats of course, BEST QUESO in town, and truly friendly and helpful staff.

Great place! Great servers! I only wish the dance floor was bigger and our water glasses were replenished more often. The food is great and the drinks are unique and tasty! :)

Excellent pork ribs. It was the second time we tried to order the beef ribs but they were sold out. The broccoli salad & watermelon salad were very good. Fun cocktails but would like to see some cocktails made with Canadian whiskey. We liked the back patio as well. The staff were very helpful, even with the hectic weekend.

Fun place to go with a group. It is great to share the Sides. Very gluten free friendly. Meat is always excellent here. Service was good and attentive.

It's a great place for whiskey lovers . The food is good and the selection of whiskey is immense. It's a wonderful time sampling whiskey and scotch that I've never had before.

Great place to for a larger group. A little loud and service is slower during busy times. The server could not hear us and made errors but all good

Went in for a company lunch with about 20 people. Our server (Emma maybe?) was fantastic, and even with having a large order everything came out correct and delicious. Quick to check in and keep our drinks full, overall fantastic experience.

Go with a group of friends with an empty stomach and get the family style meal. You won't regret it.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was thoughtfully prepared, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. Our server Aliya made the experience even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and had great knowledge of the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her positive energy made us feel truly taken care of. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend the smoky old fashioned, brisket melts in your mouth, and great view of the Oilers win!

For the fourth visit in a year, service was amazing! Is wonderful to have consistent service and the food is fall off the bone. No knife required (even though one is sent). We tried the pork belly and deep fried pickles for the first time....OMG!!! This is now tied with our favourite the beef short rib. The staff is always pleasant from time we walk in. Thank you for creating an amazing environment to share with family and friends!!!

Nice place, don't love the bench seating and was very loud. Good was pretty good. Overall recommend

Great food! Our server was wonderful. Got a little damp from rain sneaking in, but was happy with everything else!
