Made me wait an hour just to tell me the card was declined. I checked my bank and the charge went through so the worker just lied to my face. Disgusting behaviour, don't support this store, way better places to go to. Also, the person running the google accounts is just copying and pasting replies about the disrespectful worker going back weeks. This store is a joke and the workers are incompetent. I also witnessed one of the workers coughing on the drinks because she decided to lift her mask to talk to me.

I’m not usually someone who enjoys yogurt-based drinks, but I’m obsessed with their Tiramisu Mochi drink! I love it so much that I’ve come back a few times just for it alone! The service is lovely, and the server was very friendly and bubbly, which was great to see! I will definitely keep coming back.

2 stars is for the drinks and minus 3stars is for their customer service. Hey I'm Yogost has been one of my go to Yogurt place since here is not many options for good yogurt drinks. However, the people at the counter has always been nonchalant and no emotions during taking orders&calling the drinks(they never say thank you first too). Moreover replying short sentences in rude tone as i was appealing for the free drinks. Everytime i come there's a lady with glasses who take my order and she has been always like this. Looks like she don't want any customers! I can understand if it was busy but it was not busy and she is always with that attitude.

I am a regular customer and usually visit the place two or three times a week. However, in my last four visits, I was unfortunately attended by an employee with tattoos on her right arm (I mention this only to describe her accurately). Unfortunately, her attitude has not been friendly at all—she has been rude, unwelcoming, and seems to do her job unwillingly, as if she really dislikes her work or dealing with customers.
I love the product, especially the Strawberry Mochi, and I have no complaints about the rest of the staff, the product, or the place itself. My only concern is the service provided by this particular person, who has attended me during my recent visits.

We ordered the Lemon Strawberry Yogurt drink which was pretty good! The Strawberry slush was nice and the lemon was good. Our only compliant was that it could have a been a tad more sour.

I’m a huge sucker for this place. I go almost every time I’m downtown because it’s just such a good treat. $8+ can be a little much but so are most bubble tea places so whatever. It’s definitely a good on occasion type of place to go but I absolutely recommend it to anyone who likes yogurt based drinks or just wants something different from bubble tea. Store is cute, has a nice little design, and so far I haven’t had any bad customer service experiences

We place our order in Uber eats, and pick up estimated time was 5-10mins. But end up we wait inside the shop more than half hour for our order. And there is no reason for the late delivery.

Ordered the Lychee Slushy. I felt that the composition of everything was slightly off. I would have thought the lychee would be fresh and blended in. But it seemed like it was prepared and was put as the base to be drink.
