My mum and I visited on Saturday. Some nice yoghurt drinks here. The mango ones are my favourite.
The 2 girls’ behaviour I thought was a little odd. When we entered the shop they were in the back room and slammed the door shut as soon as we entered the store. I thought it was a bit of a strange overreaction. Then they stared at us until we ordered and didn’t really say much throughout the whole transaction - but I’d say they weren’t rude. Just a bit robotic and clearly not wanting to do their job.

I used to come here 2-3 times a week, but recently there is a new employee, and he makes my favorite drink so watery, not like the girl who used to make it for me, the first time after I told her, she immediately changed it for me, and it was exactly the same as I always drink, and today I came back, he still made a yogurt so watery, I feel like I'm drinking water. I hope the owner will teach him to make it with the original recipe.

Extremely delicious drinks! It’s a little pricey for a small cup BUT it’s high quality.

Good drinks but depends what you get. I didn’t like the lychee topping that much but my mom got the mango coconut mochi yogurt and it was amazing! I’d recommend not getting too many toppings so you can enjoy the yogurt flavor. Also if you’re feeling bold you can try no sugar and it’s still really yummy!

I gave this place a try while in Calgary, I liked the Banana Mango Yogurt very much, my friend got the origional and Heny was delightful to deal with even though I asked too many questions since its my first time at their shop. I Will for sure go back and try other things they have. 5 star quality and service.

We brought their gift card assuming they are for their two locations in the city unfortunately was notified at their center st location that their giftcard is limited to the store you purchased it from. Ridiculous for a franchise!

The waiter had a very bad attitude. She already had a bad tone when placing the order. We ordered peach mochi yogurt, but found out that when she placed the wrong order, she ordered strawberry. After reporting it to her, we originally ordered strawberry. At the same time, the person told her that we must have ordered peach, and then the icon we pointed at was strawberry, but the drink banner was a certain distance from the counter where the order was placed. I didn’t understand why the clerk could tell from the direction we pointed to the icon. Know what we want. There is no problem with the clerk placing the wrong order, and we understand it. However, we are dissatisfied that when we reported that she placed the wrong order, she still said it was our problem. At first, she did not want to change us to another cup. The two of us told her that we I’m pretty sure we ordered peach before she was willing to switch to another cup. Because we never drink strawberry drinks, strawberry was not in our consideration range, and there was no way she could order strawberry by mistake. In the end, she was willing to help me switch to another cup, but she had to take back her mistake. For that cup, the service attitude was extremely poor! ! ! ! The taste is indeed good. If it weren't for the poor service attitude, I would have planned to patronize it again, but now I'm so angry that I won't patronize it again! ! ! Please don’t go! ! ! !

My experience was sooooooo bad. Food is quite decent. However, staff members had an extremely poor attitude when I first stepped into the door, and they put in the wrong order, which I overlooked. When I requested them to make the correct item, they said it was my problem to order the wrong item (for I ordered the one I wanted at the beginning and pointed at the right pic on the menu, and they put in the wrong one.) They refused to make the correct order until I returned the old drink to them, and they threw it right into the trash bin aggressively after handing me the ONE I wanted. I am not here to take any advantage of a free extra drink; I like the ONE I am supposed to order back. Mood, just don’t go there!! 5:00- 5:20 pm Monday 2024/07/15
