Holy Grill

Very disappointing experience. I saw an employee drop tinfoil on the floor and then use it to wrap an order. I immediately brought it to the employee’s attention and was ignored. I then spoke to management, and unfortunately nothing was done. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue, and the lack of response from both staff and management was concerning. I hope proper food handling training and accountability are addressed.

Like this place. Very tasty food, lots of vegetarian options, staff are friendly , reasonably priced and love the chips and pickle they include with most dishes. Can get busy, so come early or late during peak hours. Picture is of their blue cheese and avocado burger (with veggie patty) - the taste is awesome - pic would be better if I ate in the place instead of takeaway. Only complaint - not enough chips (LOL - are there ever enough?)

We had our wirk lunch catered by Holy Grill. It was amazing!! The burgers were delicious, the fresh made chips were my very favoyrite wirh the dip. Heaven. Everything was delivered on time, hot, and all of the things needed to serve it. Thank you for making our lunch a success 🙌

Amazing place, great staff and management. Yes, you wait a minute or two for your food, but it’s worth every second. They’re organized, efficient and the food is so good.

Wonderful place. Delicious and reasonably priced lunch meals. Have good options for anybody's choice of healthfulness, as well as any kind of dietary restrictions. The staff here as well as the manager are all so friendly and awesome.

Our family was in Calgary for four breakfasts. We got the Bacon + Egg Nicmuffin for two of those breakfasts! The Farmhouse Panino was really good too. We had Door Dash deliver one day, but picked up breakfast an another day, and the restaurant staff were kind and generous.

I when to this place because of the buzz. Everyone was nice enough and it looks like a cool place (nice atmosphere). I got a bacon burger, fries and gravy for $28. The burger was so-so, I didn’t like the fries or the gravy and just left them behind. - it was an expensive lackluster new experience.

Stood at the entrance for 10 minutes, waiting to get served or seated. There was only 3-4 tables occupied so it was not overly busy and seemed to be plenty of kitchen staff. Tried to flag down the wait staff but could not get anyone’s attention so ended up walking away.

UPDATE: of note, the restaurant’s explanation was incorrect, the gate was open and the kitchen was full of staff. I even wandered into the restaurant and stood there for a while. Honestly, if it wasn’t such a bizarre experience I wouldn’t have taken the time to post.

Ruminants, such as cows, sheep, deer, and antelopes, have one stomach with four compartments. No, they don't have four stomachs as you might have been told. More on that to come.

Another interesting stomach fact is that vultures have the strongest stomach acid or any animal. With a pH of just over 0, it's 100 times stronger than ours—stronger even than battery acid!

Anyways, Holy Grill is a great place to sit down for a relatively quick lunch. The paninis are superb and the soup is always delicious and fresh. Good vibes. 5/5 across the board.

Now, I've had alot of food from Holly grill and it's all top notch, 5/5 food. But this roast beef paining wrap with au jus and a side chips... mouthwatering. These sandwiches are one my favorites to order anywhere and alot of places are and have been disappointing but NOT here. This is the best roast beef prime rib I have ever tasted and I've ate alot of them. Wow, you can tell the meat is good, high quality meat and nothing is ever soggy. Cooked perfectly, juicy meat, au jus is delicious, chips are crispy. 10/10 holy grill is really the only place I when I want a high quality burger/sandwich without a crazy price tag
