Holy Shakes Calgary

Bad customer service!! Took my kids to Edmonton location today as it was one kids bday. We waited in line for 60mins then another 15mins for our order.they handed my kid his milkshake on a paper plate and it fell within steps of the counter,the staff looked at us and spoke amongst themselves and they were hesitant to make him another one,then one staff decided they would make him one but was refusing to add the cake and ice cream.i offered to pay for the cake and ice cream as it's his bday and our order was over $75 and over 1.5 hr wait with poor customer service!! After another 15 mins wait he received his milkshake with cake and ice cream.Don't recommend this place..wasting ur money or time!!

The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is stylish and modern, creating a comfortable and enjoyable dining environment.
The service was impeccable. The staff memebee Damini was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made excellent recommendations and ensured that our needs were met throughout the meal.
Overall, Holy Shakes exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent food, top-notch service, and a pleasant ambiance made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to eat in Calgary. I will definitely be returning soon!

Great dessert spot ? they have lots of different options
Also I save the glass jars from the desserts and if you bring the back next visit they will give a 5% discount for each jar so I brought back 4 and got 20% off my order which is worth.. highly recommend trying ?

Very good food and shakes. My daughter and I had the Chicken rice bowl, crunchy chicken burger with fries, and 2 mini strawberry cheesecake freaky shakes. Everything was delicious. The service was friendly and fairly quick. The restaurant was very clean.
