Thanks again Happy Cow! We found Hoopla close to our hotel and decided to try it out. No uncharge for oat milk in the coffee. We tried two baked goods - the watermelon donut and the earl grey lemon cake. Hate to admit it, but the watermelon donut was really good - you actually tasted the watermelon in the icing - would love to have this again. The Earl Grey lemon cake was super moist and delicious. Would love to have both recipes. If you're looking for this shop, it's on the 2nd floor of the building.

If you're looking for a vegan & gluten free donut, they only have 1 option. Half size compared to a regular donut. When I visited they only had 4 vegan options as well.

I have eaten Hoopla donuts on several occasions now. For this one, we had a variety of 2 dozen donuts for a birthday celebration. They were all very well received. The ones I specifically tried were the ube coconut, london fog, cereal and milk, peach crunch, creme brulee and honey citrus.Overall, as donuts, they are soft, light, and fluffy. Their classic ones such as the london fog had a nice tea flavor with every bite, though I would have preferred a bit more concentrated of a flavor. The flavors for the most part are a bit subtle. For example, it was very difficult to appreciate any ube in the ube coconut donut. The purple glaze tasted like a normal sugar glaze and the coconut cream inside took some searching to find that coconut flavor. Similarly the case with the honey citrus as some citrus flavor was present but the honey was not obvious.Hoopla donuts are a nice option to have for an event or to send as a gift (they also deliver which is a nice touch!) for fun but I do think their flavors could be refined a bit more.

I work nearby and am so glad to have found it. The place is clean, the staff (Andre) is really friendly and feel so mellow her. Ordered the Triple Chocolate doughnut and drip coffee. I will definitely be coming g back

So disappointing! I took a half dozen to a backyard BBQ today and I was embarrassed because everyone who tried a donut was very underwhelmed by the BLAND flavours! And the cream filling of one kind tasted very unpleasant. That was my first and LAST time buying Hoopla Donuts.
Had Hoopla Donuts for the first time today and I must say.. they are unlike any other donuts! I literally stared at the box of donuts for so long trying to decide. I was the first one to be able to choose from a fresh box of donuts so it was extremely hard to decide. I ended up going with a London fog donut because that flavour of donut is so unique. I was glad I did because it was so delicious. Other flavours included maple, apple pie, etc.

Ordered online which was easy to do. Tracking the order is not possible as they use a third party delivery company and there are no tracking numbers or contact info. Delivery window was given as 8 - 10:30 am and the order arrived just after 11:30 am. If you want their donuts go pick them up. Quality of the donuts was okay, not great. Not sure what the hubbub is all about. The donut I tried was not fresh. Flavors are different than what you'd get at the big donut chain store but they're not worth the huge price in my opinion. Would not buy them again.

My absolute favourite at work meetings! If you ever host a meeting for work, bringing these will be certainly something that will entice people to not just be on time but early to get these doughnuts!

Don’t understand the 5 star reviews. Two stars is my lowest I’ll give a place for their food, one star is reserved for when the staff is also rude. These are 3x the price and half the quality of basic grocery store donuts. I’m surprised that people buy these regularly. Half a dozen and none of us liked our donuts and none of us finished ours.

Sleek, cool space inside an office building (2nd floor). No bars, only raised donuts but a GREAT selection of vegan and non-vegan donuts. Creme Brule donut had a fun crunch. I did not like the cream cheese filling of the churro donut at all. Very disappointing but I should have asked. Service was amazing. The gentleman was kind, patient, and you could tell has a great soul.
