Normally a very quiet place for dinner. Great simple good food! Family restaurant. Reasonably priced. Good variety on menu!
All the waitresses are very friendly and remember our preferences (E.g. how we like our eggs, toast) even though we get breakfast here only about once a month. One of the best value for money breakfast places in NW Calgary.
I ordered the Fish and Chips from this diner, and they came out better than expected. The fish was insanely crispy and the fries were very crispy. I question their use of packet tartar sauce but be that as it may, it doesn't severely hamper the flavor of the dish. We arrived in the afternoon, and the place was very quiet (you could hypothetically hear a pin drop) so do with that I guess. The silence, occasinally cut through by music, made for a very calming atmosphere for eating....read full review
