iBaoza is a hidden gem with a welcoming lady running the shop. Their Rougamo Chinese burger is a must-try, while the bao buns are exceptional. Not just baos and burgers, but their homemade dumplings are also a highlight, with a thick wrapper and juicy, well-seasoned filling. The shop owner even teaches you how to cook the dumplings for the best texture. The buns weren’t too salty, the meat filling was just the right amount, and the dough was soft and chewy. Their Chili oil was perfect!! The owner is so nice! iBaoza is a favorite spot for Bao lovers in Calgary. A small business worth supporting for its delicious and unique offerings.
