Phone customer service is very rude! And just to get an update on sending an Uber for pick up was met with very disdainful comments and arrogant tone of voice typical of Nigerian businesses just because I had called 3 times already WITH no asnwer. Very unacceptable and rude to customer. Do better.

This review is based on customer service over the phone.
I don’t know what is wrong in calling to know what is on the menu for today. I mean, I’m coming from some distance and want to know what I’m going for…….but the harsh response to “Please, what’s on the menu for today?” was uncalled for.
I’ve never been to your restaurant before and no matter how stupid my question could sound, an intentional person will always figure out a better way to pass a message than “when you come, you know!(in a harsh manner).
No matter how tasty your meals maybe(which I don’t know), if you don’t have a better way to relate with people, you will surely lose customers.
I won’t travel this distance to such atmosphere I sensed over the phone. I wish you the results of your efforts.

The tone in interaction sounded defensive and rude. The process of ordering was quite cumbersome of calling back and forth to ensure my order is duely completed. It was an order placed for someone, and needless to say the person was not pleased.

I visited around The last week of October. Nice food and different dishes. As a Torontonian, I thought I won’t get the choice of food I eat in Toronto in Calgary but this was spectacular. I will always check back again when I come visit my family in Calgary.I saw a picture in the reviews 6years ago and I decided to take another shot but the funny thing is nothing changed as 6years ago looks the same like the one I took.

My experience with this establishment is the typical nasty Nigerian disregard to customers. I got a recommendation of this establishment from someone, so I called to make more enquires which was meet with a condescending tone and scuffs. I asked if they had warm bread available as that was the notion I was given by the person who recommended, the person who answered the phone whom I believe is the owner asked how many loaves, I replied and said 2, she proceeded to scuff and hysterically said no. I asked saying “so there is no bread”, went again with a condescending and irritated tone replied “there is” and hung up before I could say another wordDisappointed by this interaction, I went to the location and asked to speak with someone to provide this feedback too. I was told my feedback wasn’t necessary as she (owner) is too busy to attend to a paying customer and said I should go to superstore and buy bread after paying for my purchase lol.The quality of product doesn’t only make a brand, the interactions with consumers are as well important. If a business owner lacks excellent customer service skills it might be worth while to hire someone knowledgeable in that aspect.
