Customer service lady was very rude and disrespectful, I ordered 25 loafs of bread and they were all squished together, so I tried to take some out while she was packing them, then she grabbed the bread from me and yelled don't take it, she started screaming when the bread was getting squished together, then she told me she doesn't care how long I've been coming there, no respect for customers at all. Very bad experience and she shouldn't treat any customers like this. When we left, we found out that the order was not sufficient and we had to go back, she wouldn't help us when we came back and another worker had to settle us with the bread that she took from me when I was rearranging the squished bread.

The food at ITK restaurant is undeniably delicious, with standout dishes like the jollof rice, turkey, and meat pie. The flavors were spot on, and I really enjoyed every bite. However, customer service is not great. The staff seemed uninterested, which really affects the overall experience. If the service was as good as the food, this place would easily be a top favorite.

Phone customer service is very rude! And just to get an update on sending an Uber for pick up was met with very disdainful comments and arrogant tone of voice typical of Nigerian businesses just because I had called 3 times already WITH no asnwer. Very unacceptable and rude to customer. Do better.

This review is based on customer service over the phone.
I don’t know what is wrong in calling to know what is on the menu for today. I mean, I’m coming from some distance and want to know what I’m going for…….but the harsh response to “Please, what’s on the menu for today?” was uncalled for.
I’ve never been to your restaurant before and no matter how stupid my question could sound, an intentional person will always figure out a better way to pass a message than “when you come, you know!(in a harsh manner).
No matter how tasty your meals maybe(which I don’t know), if you don’t have a better way to relate with people, you will surely lose customers.
I won’t travel this distance to such atmosphere I sensed over the phone. I wish you the results of your efforts.

The tone in interaction sounded defensive and rude. The process of ordering was quite cumbersome of calling back and forth to ensure my order is duely completed. It was an order placed for someone, and needless to say the person was not pleased.
