I had a very pleasant experience eating here. Customer service was great. Douae was such a helpful cashier, giving me helpful information on different dishes. Loved it here

this should be a wrap btw, worst shawarma ever, never buy this, asked only for hot sauce then thay add a few more sauces, almost no meat and the meat was uneatable worst quality, worst spend 18$

I just placed an order tonight with the lady working at the register not only did she charge for extra meat which wasnt included in the Arabi style chicken bites but I ordered a separate fries which I had to wait over 25 minutes for due to it not being in the system because of her but when confronted and asked where my second order of fries went I was told by the guy with the bowl haircut to calm down? This location unfortunately has poor costumer service and staff respect for customers recommend going to any of the other locations if you want customer satisfaction.

Very best Mediterranean food in Calgary. I’ve been frequenting Jerusalem Shawarma since they first opened. Consistently excellent food. Don’t leave without a tub of hummus for later.
