I ordered a platter for three today and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The kebab and chicken were both burned, the potatoes tasted old, and the rice portion was very small. The biggest issue was the quality of the meat, which did not meet expectations at all.
I purchased this meal for a family new to the city for iftar, and they were genuinely excited, so it was frustrating when the food did not reflect what we hoped for. It felt like a waste of money, and based on this experience, the food quality seems much better only if you dine in and monitor the order closely. I hope the restaurant improves consistency and pays more attention to take-out orders.

This place keeps getting worse. We ordered a beef burger, but what we received was a kebbeh-style patty instead of a regular burger!!. It was also very undercooked.!! Super red meat and you can taste the blood!!
This is not what customers pay for, and serving undercooked meat is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the quality. This is a food poisoning and safety concern!!

This is not your average Jerusalem Shawarma.
I tried to stop by the other day but it was so busy I couldnt even find a parking spot. I guess being open late on a weekend is like that though.
Today I found a spot and im glad I tried again. I think his name was Shaif? Was super friendly and personable. You can really tell he cares about his craft above and beyond.
I went in to try a donair poutine on my buddy's recommendations and although I missed my veggies it was still a super awesome twist on a Canadian classic. Middle Eastern meats with fries, cheese curds and gravy. It was pretty great and it came in a large bowl that I probably could have shared haha!
P.s. the non alcoholic drinks are fantastic! 10/10 would recommend.
