Best shawarma in town!! Employees are very welcoming and generous. I had a great time eating here.

Terrible service at Jerusalem Shawarma. The staff were rude and gave major attitude when they messed up my order. Instead of fixing it politely, they acted like it was my fault. Extremely unprofessional — I won’t be coming back. The energy in the place was hostile, not welcoming at all. No one seemed to care about customer experience. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects its customers.

I am not review person I visit at country hills location sometime one of worse place staff is so rude guys how work there poor customer service they treat you are begging for free food if ordered barbeque packed cold food staff is very unfriendly looks teid and don’t want to serve you
They really need staff training all looks sleepy aggressive and tied

I had the best breakfast from longtime, everything was delicious, staff was great especially Waleed, and the lady from Morocco he was very nice. The breakfast menu was great and for sure will be there every weekend. Thanks for the tea we love it.
