Jerusalem Shawarma

I have been coming here for a long time but today was very bad. The food wasn’t cooked well and when I told the staff they took the food and didn’t fulfil my concern. Then when I asked them about it they said they didn’t have any more Fried chicken and instead wanted to give me a small box of shawarma chicken. The employees are careless, very bad service. I used to recommend my family and friends to this place but today was very different.

Not doubt one of the best breakfast in town on weekends, but the only reason we come to this branch is Eman at the counter, she has the best customer service skills and really knows how to take of the customers, it’s always a pleasure coming here!!!

The shawarma was very mediocre at the most. It doesn’t have the actual shawarma taste when we ordered the chicken family platter. With the deal they didn’t even give us the option to choose the drinks and gave us default drinks that we don’t drink. Unfortunately I don’t recommend

Top tier shawarma, tap in before ts gets patched

Been there couple of times and food was great and the service we received from Hadeel was amazing. She was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Will come back for sure
